These terms of use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for accessing and using the website ccfranco-arabe.org (the “Website”), as well as the rights and obligations of its users.
Accessing and using the Website implies full acceptance of these Terms. Users who do not wish to accept them are asked not to use the Website.
The Website is published by the French-Arab Chamber of Commerce (Chambre de Commerce Franco-Arabe, CCFA), a non-profit association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, founded on 8 December 1970, with its registered office at 250 bis, boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris, France.
The Website is hosted by IONOS SARL, 7, place de la Gare, 57200 Sarreguemines, France – RCS Sarreguemines No. 431 303 775.
The Website is freely accessible to any user with internet access. All costs related to access (equipment, software, connection) are borne by the user.
The CCFA endeavours to keep the Website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but is under no obligation to do so. Access may be suspended, in particular for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure, without the CCFA being held liable.
Some content (in particular monitoring reports, newsletters and press reviews) is reserved for CCFA members and can be accessed from the member area using personal login details.
These login details are strictly personal and confidential. Members are responsible for keeping them safe and for any use made of them. In the event of loss or fraudulent use, members must inform the CCFA without delay at info@ccfranco-arabe.org.
Reserved content may not be forwarded, distributed or shared with non-members. The CCFA reserves the right to suspend or remove access to the member area in the event of a breach of these Terms.
All elements of the Website (texts, articles, publications, downloadable documents, photographs, logos, graphics, structure and layout) are the property of the CCFA or are used with permission, and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or use of these elements, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written permission of the CCFA, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement that may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
Documents made available may be viewed and downloaded for strictly personal and internal use, provided the source is acknowledged. Third-party publications (reports, guides, studies) remain the property of their respective authors.
The information published on the Website (news, country information, monitoring reports, events) is provided for information purposes only. Some of it comes from external sources (institutions, embassies, public or private organisations), which are then credited.
Despite the care taken in writing and updating this information, the CCFA cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. It does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice and does not relieve users of the need to carry out their own checks.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The CCFA has no control over these websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability or personal data practices.
Creating hyperlinks to the Website is permitted, provided that they do not harm the CCFA’s image and that the Website’s pages are not embedded within the pages of another website. The CCFA reserves the right to request the removal of any link.
Users undertake to use the Website fairly and in accordance with applicable law. In particular, they shall not:

The CCFA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in particular to adapt them to changes to the Website or to regulations. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the Website is consulted; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding their interpretation or performance, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
