Franco Arabe Chamber of Commerce

The French exporters towards certain Arab countries have to present at the arrival of their merchandises and after the clearance, a list of exportation documents certified by the Franco-Arab Chamber of Commerce and by the consulate of the country of destination. The required documents are:

�          Certificate of origin
�          Commercial invoice
�          Transport Certificate (1)
�          Supplier Certificate (1*)
�          Analyses Certificate (2)
�          Healthy environment certificate (2)
�          Medical certificate (2)
�          A lawful Certificate (Halal)(2)
�          Export and dioxin Certificate (2)
�          Packing list (only required by Kuwait if the customs code is not mentioned on the invoice)

All the documents must be beforehand certified by the French Chamber of Commerce of which depends the exporting company, excepting the marked documents (2) which must certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Service of Legalizations - 34, rue La P�rouse 75016 Paris.

Please join a photocopy of each document for our services and a check corresponding to the expenses of visas at the order of our Chamber.

(Tariff of 2008 = 40 � per document)

Our Chamber can follow up your documents in the Consulate of the concerned country. If you wish, please send us two envelops with the necessary stamps. One of the envelops will be dedicated to send the documents whereas the other to retrieve the documents from the Consulate. Join a check corresponding to the expenses at the order of the Consulate. Tariffs are not the same in all countries, so make sure of the right expenses by calling beforehand the concerned Consulate

N B:      The "documents (1)" are required by the consulates of Libya, Kuwait and the UAE.
              The "documents (1*)" are required by the consulates of Kuwait and the UAE.
              The certification of the Foreign Affairs ministry is also required for the KBI, the notary's certified documents
              and the documents of the agriculture and the animal medicine administrations.
